&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;p&gt;Manage operational delivery for major business priorities including Peak campaigns, product launches, refreshed meal photography, strategic partnerships, packaging initiatives, brand campaigns, and cross-channel marketing programs, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are executed on time.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;li&gt;Bachelor's degree required&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of integrated creative workflows across digital, print, packaging, photography and video production&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience partnering with Marketing, Creative, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills&lt;/li&gt;
