- 08Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
- 09Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
- 10Ensuring the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product
- 11Involving in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements
- 12Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
