- 04Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- 05Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leading by exampl
- 06Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
- 07Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines.
- 08Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and a seamless cross-platform user e
- 09Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team to elevate the overall design quality.
- 10Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve Coveron design standards.
- 11Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
- 12Combine strong people management and leadership skills with a solid design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Wymagania.
- ✓5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment.
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects with a focus on app design.
- ✓Expertise in app design, with knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- ✓Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
